Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Service Dashboard (the "Service"), operated by AuditLeads LLC ("AuditLeads", "we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Service Dashboard helps users discover business leads from publicly available sources, manage and export lead data, and generate draft outreach emails using third-party AI providers. Features, pricing, and availability may change at any time.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@auditleads.co of any unauthorized use.

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through our payment processor. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges until you cancel. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and we do not provide partial refunds except where required by law.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third party's rights;
• Scrape, resell, or redistribute data in violation of the terms of the sources it came from;
• Send unsolicited bulk email in violation of CAN-SPAM, CASL, GDPR, or equivalent anti-spam and data protection laws in your jurisdiction; or
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.

You, not AuditLeads, are solely responsible for how you use any lead data or generated email content, including obtaining any required consents, honoring opt-out and unsubscribe requests, and complying with CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CASL, and other applicable laws when contacting the businesses or individuals you discover through the Service. AuditLeads provides tools and drafts only and does not send email on your behalf.

The Service relies on third-party providers — including AI providers for email drafting and a payment processor for billing — whose own terms and privacy practices also apply to the respective portion of the Service they support.

We retain all rights in the Service and its underlying software. You retain ownership of the lead data and content you upload or generate, and grant us a limited license to process it solely to provide the Service to you.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Business data is sourced from third parties and may be inaccurate or out of date. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AuditLeads is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any liability arising from your use of lead data or generated content to contact third parties.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
