This Privacy Policy explains how AuditLeads LLC ("AuditLeads", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you use Service Dashboard (the "Service"). It applies to information about you as an account holder — not to the third-party business data you search for or export using the Service, which is addressed separately in Section 3 below.

• Account information: name, email address, and password (stored as a salted hash).
• Billing information: handled directly by our payment processor; we do not store full card numbers.
• Usage data: searches performed, credits consumed, and general application activity, used to operate and improve the Service.
• Content you provide: saved leads, campaign names, service listings, and settings you enter into the Service.

The Service retrieves publicly available business information (such as name, address, and website) from public map/search sources on your behalf, and may extract additional publicly visible details from a business's own website (e.g. contact email, social links). This data is stored in your account so you can manage and export it. We are not the original source of this data and make no guarantee of its accuracy.

• To provide, maintain, and improve the Service;
• To process payments and manage subscriptions;
• To send draft outreach emails to a third-party AI provider on your request, for the sole purpose of generating that draft;
• To communicate with you about your account or changes to the Service;
• To detect, prevent, and address abuse, fraud, or security issues.

We share information with the following categories of service providers, only as needed to operate the Service:

• Payment processing — to handle subscriptions and billing.
• AI email generation — lead details you choose to generate outreach for are sent to a third-party AI provider to produce the draft text.
• Hosting & infrastructure — to run the application and store data.

We do not sell your personal information.

We retain account and lead data for as long as your account is active, or as needed to comply with legal obligations. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time (see Section 7).

Depending on your location, you may have rights under GDPR, CCPA, or similar laws to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at support@auditleads.co.

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to remember basic preferences. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your information may be processed in a country other than your own. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for such transfers.

The Service is not directed to individuals under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be notified through the Service or by email.
